Important Policies for the 5 Star Hajj Package
Booking and Payment Policy:
- Advance Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your place in the 5 Star Hajj Package.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment systems.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel your package, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Before 60 days of departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellation by Zoon Global: In case of an unavoidable situation where Zoon Global must cancel the package, a full refund will be provided.
Accommodation and Travel Policy:
- Hotel Stays: Accommodation is provided in comfortable, well-located hotels in Mecca and Medina, near the holy sites. Hotel assignments are subject to availability and may be changed based on the number of pilgrims.
- Transportation: Air-conditioned transportation will be provided for all transfers between cities and holy sites. The mode of transportation may vary depending on availability.
Visas and Documentation Policy:
- Visa Processing: Zoon Global will handle all visa processing. Pilgrims are required to provide necessary documentation, including a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may delay or result in refusal of visa approval.

- Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel your package, the following cancellation fees will apply:
