Important Policies for the SHIFTING HAJJ PACKAGE
Booking and Payment Policy:
- Advance Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot in the Shifting Hajj Package.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by Zoon Global: If the package is canceled by Zoon Global for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
Accommodation and Travel Policy:
- Hotel Stays: Accommodation will be provided in comfortable, well-located hotels in both Mecca and Medina, with easy access to the holy sites. Hotel assignments may change based on availability.
- Shifting Accommodation: Pilgrims will be shifted between hotels based on the schedule and available rooms. The itinerary will be communicated in advance.
- Transportation: Air-conditioned transport will be provided for transfers between cities and holy sites. The mode of transportation may vary depending on availability.
Visas and Documentation Policy:
- Visa Processing: Zoon Global will manage all visa processing. Pilgrims must submit the required documents, including a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Non-Compliance: Failure to submit the necessary documents may result in visa delays or rejection.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel your package, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Before 60 days of departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by Zoon Global: In the rare case that the package must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
